WILL FOLLOW UP TO REVIEW COMPLETION. 5)THE ESTABLISHMENT HAS A BODILY FLUIDS CLEAN UP KIT AND IS GOING TO PURCHASE A BUCKET TO STORE ALL OF THE ITEMS TOGETHER. 10)THE MEN'S RESTROOM IS STOCKED WITH SOAP. 10)PAPER TOWELS ARE STOCKED AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS. 16)THE INTERIOR OF THE MICROWAVE HAS BEEN CLEANED. 50)THE WOMEN'S RESTROOM STILL DOES NOT HAVE HOT WATER. THE LANDLORD HAS BEEN CONTACTED AND IS AWAITING SERVICE. FOLLOW UP FOR ITEMS 3 AND 50 WILL OCCUR ON 8/27/21. |
